Team Leader

Role Purpose: Lead operators and technicians with respect to production volume, cost, quality, and meeting production schedules and delivery dates, while maintaining a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications:

- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in production as a Team leader or Supervisor.

- Degree / apprenticeship/relevant on job experience in a relevant industry.

Job Specific Technical Skills:

-Act as a mentor to a team of technicians and lead them to efficiently achieve production targets.
- Good understanding of composite fabrication techniques
-Understanding and experience of Fabric cutting/kitting, Manual/Automated carbon-fibre placement onto mould surfaces.  -Understanding and experience of Vacuum bagging techniques, Autoclave/Demoulding. Operations, Mould tool preparation. -Understanding and experience of Manual/Automated post cure trimming operations. 
-Identify and highlight any issues that would compromise Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People to the business.
-Drive the team to deliver quality products on-time to meet both internal and external customer requirements.

-Organizational and time-management skills
